Join professional storyteller and performer Arkem and SouthWestFest for our ‘Grow-a-Story’ project online!
Date: 7th of July
Times: 1-2pm and 4-5pm

Location: Online Zoom Workshop – A zoom link will be sent out via email to all who have registered for a place.
Who is this workshop aimed at: Family event, children and young people joining the video call but must be accompanied on video with their parent or guardian.

About the Workshop: In the “Grow-a-Story” workshop Arkem will give you easy guidelines to create a complete story of your own, we will make some stories collaboratively together, and families will then have the chance to add their own creative clip to a group collaborative story that will grow across the following week.
About Arkem: Arkem is a storyteller and performer. He usually works as a Story-builder at Discover Children’s Story Centre in Stratford. He has also made interactive work for families at Southbank Centre, Brighton Museum, V&A Museum of Childhood and the National Maritime Museum. Arkem likes dressing-up, drawing and making stories – the wackier the better!
