Who is this activity aimed at: Early years and families

About this activity: Featuring a library of books by Black authors, Indigenous authors and authors of colour from around the world, Story Space celebrates books that centre children of colour, and aims for everyone to see themselves reflected in the books they read. Our library also includes stories about queer and disabled children and families.

Read to yourself, to someone else, with each other, out loud. Once you’ve discovered some new stories, tell your own story through our character-building and storyboard activities!

Join us for ‘read aloud’ sessions on the 1st Saturday of every month.
