SouthWestFest Event Registration -Deadline 22nd of April 5pm.
Register an event/workshop/activity as part of SouthWestFest 2018, our festival dates are between the 29th of June and the 15th of July 2018.
Our festival theme is Every Voice with the aim to give a voice to local residents, families and children, empowering them to come together, strengthen their community and make positive changes. The theme Every Voice has been chosen to celebrate Vote 100, but also to promote equality, diversity and togetherness across our community in 2018.
The festival is open access and we encourage local community groups, organisations, artists, creatives and individuals to host their own events as part of this community celebration.
However, we do ask that events registered in the brochure are either free or very low cost. This is because the aim of the festival is to get local community members out into the area to try new activities and learn about groups, services, and venues around where they live.
By registering your event, you will be featured in our festival programme which will be in our printed brochure which gets sent to 10,000 homes in South Westminster as well as being featured on our website, visited by thousands of people in the run-up to and during the festival.
We also encourage you to add your #MyWestminter Day events and activities to the programme if you plan for these to take place between the 29th of June and the 15th of July.
The festival team produces our main outdoor events the Pimlico Proms and the Community Festival Day on the 29th of June and the 30th June and other events take place as part of the festival in the weeks after.
*Do not fill out this form for activities taking place as part of the Festival Day on the 30th of June. Please email info@southwestfest.org.uk if you want to talk about including an activity at this event.
