Patchwork Project and Community Meal

Who is this event aimed at: Ages 12 – 18 and 60+

About this event: This workshop will focus on exploring your creativity through responding to prompts about home, the future and what that might mean to you. Using recycled materials, you will craft your ideas and dreams for the future. Each individual creation will be stitched together to make one huge community installation patchwork, which will be displayed at the final drop-in workshop, alongside a community meal. Join us for a free halal community meal in the Square, and celebrate the local talent as we display our Community Patchwork, made from a culmination of intergenerational workshops held in the local area.
